Hello everyone, my name is Meridian and I have been a passionate yoga practicioner for over a decade.

My approach is the acceptance that all bodies are different and to find the healthiest way for moving through asanas (postures).

As good alignment is important, so is breathwork as well as the joy to awaken your body and create new sensations.
