Sharna Fysh

I am a qualified Pilates Mat, Yoga (Muscles and Motion), and Group Exercise Instructor. I am also qualified as a Classical Ballet and Modern Dance Teacher. I am certified in First Aid Levels 1-3 and Basic Life Support, as well as a Facilitator. My career experience has included working at a Pilates studio, owned by a Biokineticist.
