Bu ders, özellikle uzun süre oturarak çalışma hayatı olan kişiler için uygundur. 5-10 dk gecikme olabilir. Sandalyede yoga duruşları , nefes çalışmaları ve meditasyon çalışması yapıyoruz. Sırt, bel, boyun ağrıları giderilir. Zihinsel olarak rahatlama sağlanır.

I started yoga 9 years ago. I have a body structure that loves movement. At the same time, I value calmness and peace. I have benefited a lot as yoga works on body, mind and spirit. I decided to become an instructor to share its healing effects. Personally, I love human relations and like analyzing human character which fits well with this profession. That's why I'm doing my job with great passion.
