Schedule

This class is an energising as well as relaxing yoga flow to kick start the day off on a good note! We work on toning the entire body, core strength, balance , stretching deep into the muscle tissue and new growth within the body and mind. Breathwork and relaxation incorporated into all of my classes for an allround feeling of wellness.

Have 2 x Blocks handy as well as a strap, Yoga mat and some water!
