I’m pal, yoga Teacher from Rishikesh, india. I’ve been teaching yoga for 2 year. I taught classes in teacher training courses, drop in classes, private classes and have experience working with children, adults to elderly people. I also have online teaching experience. I’ve worked with recognised yoga schools. And have clients from all over the world. I can teach vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga and power yoga.
