Yoga Nidra is the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, the entrance to release and healing.
We will begin with slow gently movement to ease the body into stillness.
You will need a yoga mat, plus a blanket to cover the body, as the body temperature may drop while in Yoga Nidra.
