Fiona Mouzakitis is a Holistic Therapist and Yoga teacher (500 hours certified), she began her journey into the healing arts, with Reiki She has a deep passion for Yoga and Holistic Therapies knowing the Well Being benefits and effects . Yoga has been a part of Fiona’s life on and off for over 10 years, her practice has helped her grow stronger, in all areas of life, with a deeper awareness on and off the mat. Yoga inspires Fiona to live each moment more mindfully. Fiona completed her 200-hour training with The Crown Centre (YTTC) and her 300-hour advanced training with My Vinyasa Practice. Both teaching schools registered with Yoga Alliance. Fiona teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and she provides different yoga workshops. Fiona seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and her intention is that each of her students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced with the tools to live yoga both on and off the mat. Being a highly qualified therapist, she specialist in many areas of holistic care. Reflexology, Reflexology for Cancer Care, Aromatherapy, Massage Therapy and Reiki teaching. With many years of training to high standards. Using a holistic methodology which can maintain, optimise or support health, well-being and soothe or relax everyday stresses and strains/stressful lifestyles. Fiona provides and serves her students, clients and community with Holistic Health Therapies, Yoga and Meditation. To restore, balance and trigger the body's natural healing.

Are you wanting to refresh your practice back to the foundations of Yoga? Or expand your practice?

Learn in a supportive, interactive environment, learning the core physical poses, we take care to spend time on other key elements for a well-rounded yoga practice: breathwork, meditation and relaxation. Each class is 90 minutes. Hatha Yoga foundations style

You will need a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 Yoga Strap

Suitable for beginners or those that want to refresh back to the foundations in Hatha Yoga.
