Pilates Mat for Posture
Hello! My name is Diana, I am from Rome, Italy, but I have travelled between China and the UK for many years. I am a passionate and creative certified Pilates instructor and I've been practicing this amazing training for years while studying as a dancer. I also teach Bellydance and I practice yoga everyday. Mind and body care is my mission! For this reason my classes focus on both aspect. As for the body I will be happy to help you relieve your back pain and improving your posture as well as strengthen your muscles, especially the core zone. At the same time I will guide you in a mind relaxation to help you developing flow and controlled movements.
In this class you will mostly work on your mat. You will learn some basic exercises mainly focusing on spine extension and mobility as well as core strengthening and control.
