This gentle yet strong class is honouring Hatha yoga tradition passed down by Indian yoga masters, as well as incorporating elements of dynamic intuitive movement which enables you to tune into your body and develop a deeper relationship with it.
Expect exploration of your inner centre, physical abilities and a wholesome experience of journeying deep within, ending the class in a relaxed, peaceful, yet rejuvenated state.
This class is perfect for beginners and includes entry level breathing exercises (pranayama) and thorough warm up of the joints, as well as Sun Salutations.
The purpose of this class is to help improve your mental and physical health, flexibility, build strength, balance emotions, clear energetic blockages, lift your mood, and help you maintain a peaceful, relaxed and balanced outlook on life, all while having fun and finding ease in movement.

I fell in love with yoga 8 years ago after a knee injury that left me bed-bound for months. Yoga slowly taught me how to listen to my body, and consequently changed the way I look at myself and life in general.
It brought me to India, where I've been studying and teaching yoga, meditation and pranayama under the guidance of some of the finest yoga masters. I've also taught in my home country Slovenia, the UK and have now moved online.
