I taught classes in teacher training courses, drop in classes, private classes and have experience working with children, adults to elderly people. I also have online teaching experience. I’ve worked with recognised yoga schools. And have clients from all over the world. I can teach vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga and power yoga.

You’ll enjoy the benefits of yoga as you work through short flows that break down the elements of vinyasa: sun salutations, seated stretches, core work, balances, and backbends. These classes aren’t designed to be easy — they’re going to push you, expand your limits, and help you grow within your practice. - Build strength, endurance, and flexibility - Calm and focus your mind - Elevate your balance, coordination, and body awareness
