Candice is a Yoga Teacher, wife and mommy with a passion for teaching both children and adults and watching them develop and grow, both in their practice and in themselves. A few years ago, Candice went to a yoga class with her sister who had won a free class and didn't want to go alone. Candice had practiced different types of yoga previously but had never found anything that stuck. She walked out of that class feeling like the sun shone a little brighter. She felt lighter and the world was more colourful and happier place. She was hooked, and so began a (mostly) regular yoga practice. ”My aim is to provide a yoga class that gives that same bright and light feeling to my students, both adults and children, within a peaceful, gentle and non-competitive space.”
