Merve Belen

I'm Merve Belen. I am a physical therapist and a pilates instructor. In my education of 6 years and since the beginning of my career, my focus has been therapeutic exercises including the clinical method of Pilates. In early years of my work experience, I worked in pediatrics rehabilitation and Dance, Space, Hippo and Aqua Therapy have been the focus of my treatments. Since my early work experience, I have focused on improving my sports rehabilitation knowledge. I have volunteered in BJK Football Academy and started to work with MSc. Physiotherapist and Osteopath İlbilge Cebeci and improved my knowledge on exercises and fascial therapy. Spine Health and Physical Therapy are connected to exercises. And it is scientifically proven that exercise will help us get better.
