TalentMondo respects your right to privacy. This Privacy Notice explains who we are, how we collect, share and use personal information about you, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. This Privacy Notice only applies to personal information that we collect through our website at www.talentmondo.com and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Notice covers any users of the Site, including the Instructors, where applicable.

This Privacy Notice is part of our Terms and Conditions which provides information that is likely to be useful to complement this Privacy Notice. Please do not access or use the Services or website if you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Notice.
The Site is not intended for or directed to persons under the age of 18, and we will not knowingly collect information from persons under 18. To provide information to us through registration or in any other manner on the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older.

What Personal Information Does TalentMondo Collect?
We collect or receive personal information in a few different ways via the Site. Often, you choose what information to provide, but sometimes we require certain information in order for you to use, and for us to provide you with, the Site and the experiences you reserve or access through the Site.

We log usage data when you visit or otherwise use our Site, such as when you view or click on content or ads (on or off our Site), perform a search, browse or schedule a reservation. Specifically, the information we collect automatically may include information like internet protocol (“IP”) address, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser-type, broad geographic location (e.g. country or city-level location) and other technical information. We also collect information about how your device has interacted with our Site, including the pages accessed, the sessions attended and links clicked.

Please note that if you do not consent to providing your geolocation data, certain features of the mobile application may not work.
The information we collect automatically enables us to better understand the visitors who come to our Site, where they come from, and what content on our Site is of interest to them. This enables us to improve the quality and relevance of our Site to our visitors.

Data From Others

Further, if you choose to integrate your TalentMondo account with your iOS HealthKit or similar applications, we may receive certain sensitive personal information such as heart rate and calorie information to help track your activity, personalize your experience and improve our service.

If you use our services by the virtue of your employer’s corporate account or the benefits provided to you by your existing service providers, such as your insurance company, we may collect employer/service provider data, department information, e-mail address, phone number, insurance policy number.
Data You Share with Instructors
We do not process the information you share with your instructors, during the course of your classes or any communications. We do not intervene with the content of the classes as long as they meet certain standards to ensure our users receive quality classes. The processing of your data you share with the instructors if any, are processed by the instructors for the purposes of delivering the class content suiting to your needs. We are not responsible, nor do we have control over the information you share with you instructors in the course of classes or any communications with such.

What Does TalentMondo Do with the Personal Information it Collects?
TalentMondo uses personal information it receives for several purposes:
2.1.
Site: To operate and maintain our Site and the products and services offered through our Site. For example, we use personal information to fulfill your reservation and purchase requests, including processing payments, and to customize your experience on our Site, such as by tailoring the content or experiences we show you.
2.2.
Communication: To contact you through email, phone, postal mail, notices posted on our websites or apps, and other ways. We will send you messages about the time and availability of our Site, security, customer service, or other service-related issues. We also send messages about the Site, updates, reminders, and promotional messages in accordance with your communications preferences. You may change your communication preferences at any time. Who Does TalentMondo Share My Personal Information With?

third party services providers, partners and group companies who provide data processing and other services to us (for example, to support the delivery of, provide functionality on, or help to enhance the security of our Site, payment card processors, customer support vendors, hosting vendors, scheduling providers and market research and marketing vendors), or who otherwise process personal information for purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or notified to you when we collect your personal information;

where you direct us to disclose your personal information to instructor that makes available a class, activity or experience which you reserve or use through our Site, so that they can process the applicable reservation or activity and make available the class, activity or experience to you;

to anyone who visits our Site if you voluntarily share information about yourself in a public area on our Site, such as a public profile, class ratings and/or user reviews. You should be aware that any content or information you choose to disclose in these areas can be read, collected and used by other users, the general public and other sites (including search engines);
3.4.
TalentMondo may allow you to access to a variety of audio or video digital classes from your computer or mobile device, via live stream and/or on demand. When you participate in these digital classes through connected devices, we may collect data learn about and improve the Site and our services.
3.5.
to any competent law enforcement body, regulatory, government agency, court or other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary as a matter of applicable law or regulation, to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or to protect your vital interests or those of any other person;

in connection with an actual or potential merger, sale, acquisition, investment, assignment, reorganization, joint venture, or transfer of all or part of TalentMondo`s business, assets, affiliates, including if TalentMondo should ever file for bankruptcy or a related proceeding, provided that we inform the relevant third party it must use your personal information only for the purposes disclosed in this Privacy Notice; and

to your employer (or similar entities), if you participate in any enterprise solutions or corporate programs.
If you use our services by the virtue of your employer’s corporate account or the benefits provided to you by your existing service providers, such as your insurance company;

We may transfer to, and store the data we collect about you in, countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected, including the United States, Canada or other destinations outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you provided the data. 4.5.
without your consent based on any of the conditions referred under article 5 and 6/3 Data Protection Law No 6698 and if in the country where personal data are to be transferred;

b. Adequate protection is not provided, upon the existence of commitment for adequate protection in writing by Talentmondo and in the relevant foreign country and authorisation of the Board of Protection of Personal Data.

How does TalentMondo Keep My Personal Information Secure?
The security of your personal data is important to us. For example, we use cryptographic technologies for data confidentiality, protection mechanisms to prevent attacks, and access control mechanisms to permit only authorized access to your personal data. We also provide training on security and privacy protection for employees to raise their awareness of personal data protection. TalentMondo is committed to protecting your personal data; however, please note that no security measure is perfect.

If you are located in EU, your data will be used for marketing communications about our services. If you want us to stop communicating with you for marketing purposes, you can always opt-out from your account settings.
If you are located in Turkey, your data will be used for marketing communications provided that you provide your explicit affirmative consent on your account settings.
